To U.S. We reship for free twice if your package gets seized.
To other countries we reship for free once if your package gets seized.
If you choose not to reship or the resent package failed to go through again, no refund will be made.

We will prepare the package within 1 working day after payment received. The package usually will be dispatched within 24 hours. Packing pictures will be provided after package packed. Tracking number will be provided after package shipped.

If package can't be delivered because you provide a wrong address, we will not reship or refund.

The items we are shipping are liquid/powder and it’s medicine. International shipping companies and customs have all kinds of strict regulations and limits for these kinds of goods. For every shipment there are two customs it needs to go through (export from China and import into to your country) . So our packages will have to go special routes for safety and stealth delivery. The trade for safe delivery is a relatively longer shipping time than normal shipments.
